This is a small milestone, but I am so excited about people using it!
Touhou Fumo Companion has passed 1,000 combined downloads.
At the time of writing, that is 880 downloads on Open VSX and 126 on the Visual Studio Marketplace — 1,006 in total.
I know that, in the grand scheme of open-source projects, a thousand downloads is not some enormous number. But for this project, and for me, it feels pretty darn special.
I originally made Touhou Fumo Companion because I was inspired by the pixeled Pokémon pet extension, and was like “Wouldn’t be hilarious to have one for FUMOS??”.. and so I went into the Touhou rabbit hole once again. And I am commited to updating it normally with at least one new Fumo a month!
Also, an adjustment having some more fun idle frames for all of them, but in the future!
And honestly, I did not really expect many people outside of my own little corner of the internet to install it. But yet, apparently, more than a thousand downloads later, some of you also wanted a fumo staring at your code.
That makes me genuinely happy.
thank you.
